On the river ...

Bathing suit
Quick-drying shorts
T-shirt
Tevas (secure river sandals) or tennis shoes that lace tightly (no bare feet or flip flops)
Hat with brim (with a strap that will keep it on as headwinds come up the river)
Sunglasses (with Chums or Croakies)
Sunscreen (waterproof, high SPF)
Lip balm
Water bottle
Snacks (Clif Bars, Luna Bars, etc.)
Yoga mat
(bring to the covered bridge on Sat morning, then put into truck for transport back to River Haven)

Waterproof camera
Paddling gloves
Small fanny pack (to carry lip balm, sunscreen, Clif Bars, etc.)

*We will follow the principles of Leave No Trace, minimizing the use of paper products by bringing our own sturdy and washable plates, cups, and silverware. Whatever we bring in, we will also take out, with each person taking responsibility for the trash they create.
